What type of strawberries do Edible Arrangements® stores use?
We know fruit! That's why we use Albion strawberries, which have a consistently sweeter flavor than most strawberry varieties. Albion strawberries are typically darker in color than other strawberries, both internally and externally.
Do your products contain milk?
All Edible Arrangements® products may contain or come in contact with items that contain milk products. We recommend that you take the necessary precautions based on any food allergies.
How can I place an order?
You can place an order online any time right on our website: www.EdibleArrangements.com. You can also contact your Local Store or call our Call Center toll free at 1-877-DO-FRUIT (1-877-363-7848) to place your order.
How much notice should I give when ordering an arrangement?
You can place an order well in advance or order last minute! On weekdays, orders can be placed for same day store delivery until 5pm local (store) time. For business deliveries, and during busy holiday time periods like Christmas, Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, we recommend that you order further in advance. Orders for Saturday store delivery should be placed before 3pm local (store) time. Sunday deliveries vary by location.
For orders shipping by UPS, you can typically order until at least 3pm local (store) time on the day before the scheduled delivery date – and even later in some areas. Same day delivery is not available for orders shipped by UPS.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, many of our stores do offer Edible Arrangements® gift cards. Please call or stop by your Local Store to purchase a gift card. Our gift cards can only be redeemed through a local store at this time.
Can you send me a catalog or brochure of your products?
Local Edible Arrangements® stores may have brochures of select products available. You can obtain an Edible Arrangements® brochure by stopping by your Local Store, or by contacting our Call Center at 1-877-DO-FRUIT (1-877-363-7848). You can always View our Full Product Line online.
Do you offer delivery?
Absolutely! We have over 1000 store locations worldwide, and we can deliver to those store locations’ surrounding areas. There are Edible Arrangements® stores offering delivery across the USA, Canada, Puerto Rico, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Hong Kong, Italy, Turkey, Bahrain, India and Jordan, with even more locations Coming Soon! We can also ship our boxes of gourmet dipped fruit to most areas in the U.S. where we don’t currently have local stores, so we’ve always got you (chocolate) covered.
How much is the delivery fee?
Delivery from any of our local Edible Arrangements® stores is a $12 flat fee per delivery location. If your order will be delivered via UPS, the shipping rate varies depending on the UPS service available in the area, and on the date selected. In this case, you will see the shipping rate for your order on the checkout page before you process your order.
I need my order delivered at a certain time. Do you offer timed deliveries?
We cannot guarantee any delivery times, but we will do our best to accommodate the open hours of offices, schools and businesses. Any request for a specific delivery time cannot be honored. You should not include any such request or delivery instruction with your order, as it will not be taken into account for your delivery. You can always Track Your Order online any time, or contact Customer Service for tracking assistance at 1-877-DO-FRUIT (1-877-363-7848).
Will you contact the recipient prior to delivering the product?
Local Edible Arrangements® stores may contact the recipient prior to delivery to ensure that the recipient is home to accept their gift from time to time, but we do not typically contact recipients prior to delivering. If your order shipped via UPS, the recipient will not be contacted prior to delivery. We recommend that you always send your gift on a date and to a location where someone will be available to receive the gift to ensure freshness, and that you advise your recipient to expect a delivery.
Can I pick up an Edible Arrangement® from one of your stores?
Yes, of course! We offer pickup or delivery from all of our store locations. If you are placing your order online, you will be given the option to pick up your order once you’ve entered the ZIP code and the date required. Then, you will be able to select your location for pickup. You can also contact your Local Store or call our Call Center toll free at 1-877-DO-FRUIT (1-877-363-7848) to place your order for pickup any time
None of your stores service the ZIP/postal code I entered, can you ship the arrangement?
Even if there is no local store servicing your area, we’ve still got you (chocolate) covered! We offer shipment of our boxes of gourmet chocolate dipped fruit to many locations across the USA via UPS. Just enter the recipient’s ZIP code and the delivery date required in the entry fields on our website, and you will automatically be shown all service (pickup/delivery/shipment) options available in that area on that date. If we do not currently have a service available in your desired area, remember that we are constantly growing and expanding our Edible Arrangements® store locations!
What are your delivery policies for residential (home) deliveries?
For Residential deliveries, orders delivered via a local store are typically delivered from mid-morning to late evening (as late as 9pm during busy holidays). If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, we may attempt to leave the gift with a neighbor. If the gift is left with a neighbor, or if no one is available to accept the gift, the recipient’s door will be tagged with clear instructions for retrieving the gift. If your order shipped via UPS, the above delivery policies do not apply -- it will be delivered in accordance with our Shipment Policies.
What are your delivery policies for business (office, school, hospital, etc.) deliveries?
For Business deliveries, orders delivered via a local store are typically delivered from mid-morning morning until 5pm. Please be aware that we may leave the arrangement with the front desk or security. We are subject to the delivery restrictions of the business. If your order shipped via UPS, the above delivery policies do not apply -- it will be delivered in accordance with our Shipment Policies.
What are your delivery policies for orders that are shipped?
We recommend that you always send your gift on a date and to a location where someone will be available to retrieve the gift to ensure freshness. All shipped orders are subject to our Shipment Policies and the policies of our shipping partner, UPS. In order to ensure delivery on the date required, we do not require signature proof for orders shipped via UPS. However, UPS may require a signature in certain circumstances at their sole discretion.
For Residential (home) deliveries, the package will be left in a location deemed by the UPS driver to be secure. We recommend that you advise your recipient to expect a delivery. For Non-Residential (business, school, hospital, etc.) deliveries, packages typically arrive no later than the end of the business day. Packages sent to a business may be delivered as late as 6pm. Please be aware that the package may be left in a receiving area of the business such as the front desk, security, reception or mail room. UPS is subject to the delivery restrictions of the business. Again, we recommend that you advise your recipient to expect a delivery.

Has there been a cantaloupe recall?
With the recent news related to the recall of Jensen Farms cantaloupe (from Holly, CO shipped from July 29 to September 10, 2011), Edible Arrangements® wants you to know that we have screened our entire cantaloupe supply and that you can feel confident purchasing product from us. We also want to reiterate that we take food safety very seriously. As the Fruit Experts, we want you to know what we do to ensure our products are top quality at all times.
Edible Arrangements only purchases produce from reputable growers and fruit distributors across North America that share our commitment to food safety. Our suppliers help us to ensure our quality fruit can be traced all the way back to the field. Once the fruit arrives at our locations, it is washed and scrubbed thoroughly before it is peeled. Only then do our Fruit Experts begin crafting your arrangement. Our stores follow rigorous food safety and handling procedures during preparation of your fresh fruit arrangement to ensure we are providing our customers the cleanest, freshest fruit possible. Our arrangements are then wrapped and transported in a refrigerated vehicle to deliver the best quality product right to your door.
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, cantaloupe that did not come from Jensen Farms in Colorado is safe to consume.

Is there sales tax on my order?
Edible Arrangements® store orders are subject to the taxes of the state/area in which the local store operates. Orders shipped via UPS are subject to 6.35% CT state sales tax.
How can I track the status of my order?
You can track your order online any time in the Customer Service section of our website using your order confirmation number. Just enter your Order # in the entry field and click Track Order to get the most recent status update.
Please keep in mind that your order status is updated periodically, and may not reflect the up-to-the-minute status. During busy holiday times like Christmas, Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, there may be delays in updates to your order status.
If your order shipped via UPS, you will receive an email with your tracking #(s) automatically when your order is prepared for shipment in our store. Visit UPS.com and enter the tracking #(s) to find your UPS delivery status.
Do I receive an email confirmation after I place my order?
After you process your order you will see a confirmation page. We highly recommend that you print this confirmation page and keep it for your records. We will also send a confirmation/invoice email after you place your order. If you do not receive a confirmation/invoice email, this may mean that the email address was entered incorrectly, your email service provider may have blocked the email if our email address was not added as a safe sender, or the email may be in your spam or junk folder. Due to the high volume of orders we receive, particularly during busy holidays like Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, you may experience a delay in your receipt of the confirmation/invoice email.
What if I didn’t see a confirmation page and/or didn’t receive an email confirmation?
If you didn’t receive any of the order confirmation messages, please call 1-877-DO-FRUIT (1-877-363-7848) immediately. We recommend that you DO NOT attempt to submit the order again to avoid placing duplicate orders. One of our Customer Service Representatives will be able to assist you in determining if your order was successfully processed. If the order was not successfully placed, we will be able to take your order by phone at that time.
How do I cancel or change an order I already placed?
For Edible Arrangements® store-delivered orders, please contact the servicing store (listed on your receipt) at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery with any request to change or cancel an order.
For orders shipping via UPS, you must contact our Call Center at 1-877-DO-FRUIT (1-877-363-7848) by noon EST on the day BEFORE the scheduled delivery date with your request. Local stores cannot make any changes or cancellations to orders shipped by UPS at this time.
Is it safe to use my credit card online?
Yes; we never send personal information, such as your credit card number, over the network in a way that is readable to anyone but us. We encrypt your information and send it over the Internet using SSL (secure socket layer) technology.
Does your fruit contain preservatives?
How long will the fruit last?
Our fruit arrangements are sold at the peak of freshness. We recommend that you enjoy your Edible Arrangement® right away. If that’s not possible, you should keep the original wrapping, and refrigerate immediately upon receipt. Once it has been removed from the original wrapping, you should remove the fruit from the skewers, store it in an airtight container, and refrigerate immediately.
Our chocolate dipped fruit is exceptionally fresh, and should be consumed immediately. If that’s not possible, you should keep the original packaging, refrigerate immediately upon receipt, and enjoy within 24 hours of receipt.
What kind of chocolate does Edible Arrangements® use?
We use 100% real chocolate in all of our dipped fruit arrangements and products! Our fruit is hand-dipped in either gourmet semi-sweet chocolate or white chocolate. Some products are also available dipped in our special peanut butter-chocolate blend. Ingredients: Semi-sweet chocolate (sugar; chocolate; coco butter, milk fat, soy lecithin; vanillin; artificial flavor; milk)
Why doesn’t my arrangement have exactly the same amount of fruit as the photo on the website?
Arrangements may vary in exact fruit counts due to produce size variations throughout the year. Each fruit has a peak season which results in larger than average produce; similarly there are seasons when the fruit may be smaller than average. To ensure that the arrangement’s design remains uniform, our Fruit Experts® work within specified fruit count ranges for each fruit type when building each arrangement. This gives our highly trained staff just enough flexibility to ensure that the arrangement is perfectly designed no matter what size the fruit is at that point in the year.
Is your chocolate gluten free?
All chocolate is gluten free. However, our chocolate is manufactured in facilities that may manufacture gluten-based products.
Do your products contain any nuts?
Some of our arrangements and boxes of dipped fruit have crushed or sliced almonds, so there are nut products in our preparation areas. We cannot guarantee that a gift will not have come in contact with nuts or nut oil. We also have several arrangements and boxes that are dipped in peanut butter chocolate, including the Peanut Butter Chocolate Bouquet®, Peanut Butter Chocolate Daisy™, Peanut Butter Chocolate Dipped Bananas™ and Peanut Butter Chocolate Dipped Apple Wedges™. We recommend that you take the necessary precautions based on any related allergies.
Is Edible Arrangements® kosher certified?
Every Edible Arrangements® store is individually owned and operated, and some of our franchise owners have gone through the kosher certification process. Look for the “Kosher Certified” notation in the individual store details on our Store Locations page, or contact your Local Store to see if they are Kosher Certified.
Do you customize arrangements?
We have a wide variety of fresh fruit arrangements and dipped fruit to choose from, with a multitude of options for different fruit, chocolate, and topping combinations. You can also customize your order by adding one of our options to Personalize It®, like cuddly plush bears or Mylar balloons. You will be shown all of the custom options available to you as you proceed through checkout, after you’ve selected your arrangement.
Can I choose/change the container?
All of our containers and packaging are specifically designed to accommodate the size of our arrangements, and to complement the appearance of each fresh fruit creation. They cannot be changed. Containers may vary from those shown on our website.
Do you have any products for kids?
Yes! Our Kids and Kids at Heart Collection by Edible Arrangements™ is perfect for kids of all ages. Shop our Kids and Kids at Heart Collection by Edible Arrangements® now! And all of our fresh fruit products are kid-friendly. They’ll love the sweet fruit available with fun toppings like chocolate, peanut butter chocolate, nuts and coconut.
