As we come to the end of what has been a year filled with events few of us could have foreseen, I want to take a moment to thank you for the love and support you have shown us over the past 12 months.
Despite the many challenges and struggles we all have faced, there is still so much to be thankful for – and more than anything, I am thankful for you: our loyal customers. We would not be here if not for you.
From the beginning, it has been our mission to provide a level of care and service that would make us a beloved brand to each and every customer. That has never been more important to us than during this season we are currently experiencing. It has been heartwarming to see the way each of you have responded to our efforts to continue bringing joy to the communities we serve.
It is possible that we may have more tough months ahead, but I am confident we will get through this together and come out stronger on the other side.
