Who are Mo’s Bundt Cakes?
Founded during the COVID-19 pandemic, Mo’s Bundt Cakes is the creation of Mariolga Calderon, who left the corporate world to pursue her passion and start a local bakery. Like most great ideas, Mo’s Bundt Cakes started with a family recipe for a cinnamon bundt cake. Now, the Miami-based bakery is known for taking bundt cakes to another level and even pretty cool with innovative flavors like Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Chocolate Chip and packaging. Calderon shares her motivation for starting Mo’s as well.
I’ve always associated these cakes with happiness, so when we were all stuck at home during the lockdowns we knew it was the perfect time to start something that people could look forward to during those stressful times.
Mo’s Bundt Cakes aims to help make your day better with a feel-good, home-baked treat. Customers really love the packaging and DIY icing bottles that invite them to participate in their delicious dessert.
