What's your favorite peach smoothie recipe?

Peach smoothies are a tasty treat that’s oh-so-satisfying. Peaches are a good source of vitamin C, as well as fiber, potassium, and iron, making them a healthy smoothie choice, too. And, peaches contain phosphorous, which contributes to healthy bones and teeth, as well as zinc, which helps to boost your immune system and is said to have positive anti-aging benefits. What’s not to love?

Peaches can be paired with a number of other tasty ingredients for an amazing blend of flavors. Try mixing peaches with strawberries, or pair peaches with mangoes for a delicious tropical smoothie taste. In addition to strawberries, peaches are also excellent paired with other berries like blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries. Add some Greek yogurt for a delicious creamy treat that’s high in protein, or a bit of maple syrup or honey for some added sweetness.

Peach smoothies are a refreshing treat anytime, but if you’re craving a tasty fruit smoothie and don’t have time (or the necessary ingredients) to blend your own smoothie at home, your local Edible Arrangements® store offers delicious, done-for-you smoothies you can grab and go. Whether you want to grab a delicious smoothie for breakfast on your way to the office in the morning or over your lunch break, or are simply in the mood for a satisfying fruity snack when you’re out and about, stop by your local Edible Arrangements® store and choose from our amazing Edible® Treats menu. “Peaches are a versatile fruit that pair well with many flavors.

This tropical-themed smoothie recipe is rich in yellow/gold fruit and goes great with coconut as a finishing touch.

Tropical Peach Mango Smoothie
Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen peach slices
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup canned pineapple chunks in 100% juice, drained
  • 1/2 cup 100% orange juice; more as needed to achieve desired consistency
  • 1-2 tbsp. unsweetened coconut flakes to sprinkle on finished smoothie (optional)

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.”

“My favorite peach smoothie recipe is the Peach Paradise Smoothie:

  • 2 cups frozen peaches
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1-2 Tbsp date honey
  • 2-3 mint sprigs for garnish

The beauty in the peach is in its simple but instantly recognizable flavor of summer. Don’t wait around for summer, however, as frozen peaches make for a great smoothie base and help you fix a cold, thick smoothie every time. Mango and banana compliment the peach flavor nicely in this recipe while date honey can be added to taste if the fruit you’re using happens to be lacking in sweetness or flavor burst. You can also substitute coconut
milk for almond milk if you’re looking to double down on the tropical summer flavor you’ll be getting from your mango!”

  • 1/4 teaspoon of holy basil extract (vanilla is good here too)
  • 1/4 teaspoon of stinging nettle seeds (optional)
  • 1-2 fresh basil leaves

Blend everything together in a Vitamix and enjoy!!”

“Smoothies are a part of my daily morning routine. This is my absolute favorite peach smoothie because it gives me energy and the cilantro helps to detox heavy metals from the body. Mango is also a great source of magnesium, which calms nerves and relaxes the body. Bananas provide quick energy and gives a nice whipped quality to the smoothie.

I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

  • 1 cup water

  • 3 peaches (you can leave the skin on unless you don’t like that)
  • ¼ cup raspberries
  • ½ banana
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup milk (cow, almond, coconut – whatever you want)

Blend everything but the ice on high until smooth. You want to make sure the oatmeal gets blended well. Add the ice and blend until smooth.

“Peach is one of the most refreshing fruits; its sweet juice and subtle floral finish make a perfect complement to tropical flavors.

This simple, easy peach smoothie uses frozen mango (saving you time chopping and peeling), and cold fresh or frozen peaches. Taking a sip will take you right to an island beach, no matter where you are.

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 1 cup peeled and sliced peaches (cold)
  • 1/2 cup chopped mangoes (if using frozen mangoes, thawed but cold)
  • 2 tablespoons mango Goya nectar (cold)
  • 1/2 of a banana
  • 2 teaspoons honey (optional)
  • 2 ice cubes
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk

Simply combine all your prepped ingredients into your blender and blend for around 60 seconds or until your smoothie is velvety and evenly mixed. From there, enjoy!”

“I can’t get enough of this creamy blend of peach, banana and Greek yogurt! I serve it over a handful of raspberries and eat it with a spoon for a delicious and healthy breakfast treat.

  • 1 large banana
  • 1 cup frozen peach chunks
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • Enough liquid to thin the smoothie to your taste – unsweetened vanilla almond milk or coconut milk are my favorite choices
  • Handful of raspberries and toasted coconut or hemp seeds, to serve

Blend banana, peach and yogurt until smooth. Thin with as much liquid as you need to reach your favorite spoonable smoothie consistency. Place raspberries in a bowl and pour the smoothie on top, then garnish with toasted coconut and/or hemp seeds.”
