Pumpkin Pie Milkshake
What You’ll Need:
- 1c Ice cream
- ¼ c Pumpkin puree
- 1/3 c Milk
- 1 tsp Pumpkin Spice
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp vanilla
The Steps:
- Crush graham crackers
- Place all ingredients in blender and blend
- Top with whipped cream and crushed graham crackers
Mug Cinnamon Roll
What You’ll Need:
- 9 T flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- salt
- 3 – 4 ½ T water
- 2 T butter melted
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ T brown sugar
- ½ T white sugar
For the icing, you’ll need ¼ c powdered sugar and 1 tsp milk.
The Steps:
- Mix powdered sugar and milk
- Mix dry ingredients
- Add water
- Form into dough ball and roll out
- Brush with melted butter
- Add cinnamon and sugar
- Cut in half long ways and roll
- Place in a greased mug
- Cook for 60-90 sec
- Remove from mug and ice
Mug Brownie
What You’ll Need:
- 3 T sugar
- 3 T flour
- 1 ½ T cocoa powder
- salt
- 1 ½ T vegetable oil
- 3 T milk
- ¼ tsp vanilla
- 1 T chocolate chips
The Steps:
- Grease mug
- Mix all ingredients
- Cook for 60-90 seconds in microwave
- Top with ice cream and serve
Creamy Peppermint Hot Cocoa
What You’ll Need:
- 3 T crushed peppermints
- ¼ cup white chocolate chips
- 1 package of hot chocolate
- ¾ c milk
- marshmallows or whipped cream
The Steps:
- Add chocolate chips, mint and milk to a mug and microwave on high for 30 seconds
- Mix in packaged hot chocolate
- Top with crushed mint
Apple Pie Drink
What You’ll Need:
- 2 apples sliced
- 2 cups pear nectar
- 2 cups Apple juice
- 2 cups Sparkling apple cider
- 1/8 c sliced ginger
- 3 cinnamon sticks
The Steps:
- Slice apples and ginger
- Add to a large pitcher
- Add pear nectar, apple juice, and sparkling apple cider
- Stir and enjoy
