Terms and Conditions of Membership in the EDIBLE REWARDS® Program

The Edible Rewards® Program ("Program" or "Edible Rewards® Program") is sponsored by Edible International, LLC ("Edible"). By becoming a member ("Member") of the Edible Rewards® Program, you will be eligible for certain promotional programs and rewards (“Rewards”) as more fully described in these Edible Rewards® terms and conditions (“Program Terms and Conditions”). As a Member you agree to all of the Program Terms and Conditions (“Membership’).

Membership is void to the extent where prohibited by law. State fees and taxes may apply where required by law. Rewards have no cash value and Membership is nontransferable and subject to present and future Program Terms and Conditions. Membership is valid at participating Edible Arrangements® retail store locations in the fifty (50) United States, its territories and District of Columbia, at Edible Arrangements® call center, and at participating retail locations in Canada. Membership is also valid for purchases made through edible.com and edible.ca. Enrollment becomes effective upon providing the required information and acceptance of the Program Terms and Conditions.

All Rewards must be earned and used in accordance with the Program Terms and Conditions. The Program Terms and Conditions are effective as of November 9, 2015, as may be revised from time to time and supersede all previously published terms and conditions related to an Edible Arrangements® rewards program or promotion.

Edible may, at any time, terminate or modify the Edible Rewards® Program without any further obligations to Members.

Edible may change the Program Terms and Conditions, rules, regulations, withdraw, limit, modify or cancel any reward, increase the value or number of purchases required for any reward, modify or regulate the transferability of rewards or benefits, institute or add reward blackout dates or limit the number of rewards for use by any one individual on any one purchase. Changes to the Program Terms and Conditions shall be effective when posted. Members are responsible for reviewing the Program Terms and Conditions each time you access your Edible Rewards®account. All subsequent rewards must be earned and used according to the then effective Edible Rewards® Program Terms and Conditions.

How to Join:

Program Membership is optional; however to join you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and have a current email account (“Rewards Account”). To create a valid Rewards Account you must provide your name, phone number, address, email address, and choose a password. New Members can join by completing the registration form online at www.edible.com/rewards, www.edible.ca/rewards, or by providing the necessary information in-store at participating Edible Arrangements® retail locations. Existing Edible Arrangements My Account holders can join by confirming the necessary information and accepting the Edible Rewards® Program Terms and Conditions at the time you sign into your existing My Account. Membership becomes effective upon submitting the required information and acceptance of the Edible Rewards® Program Terms and Conditions. Qualifying Purchases will be credited to a valid Rewards Account. For details regarding purchases that are considered “Qualifying Purchases” see the Earning Rewards section below.

In addition, by agreeing to the Program Terms and Conditions Members agree to receive advertising, marketing materials and other communications from Edible unless you opt-out of our email and texting campaigns. To opt-out of our email and text message campaigns follow the “opt-out” or “unsubscribe” instructions on any email or text you receive from Edible. Edible Rewards® is only for personal use and not for business purchases. Edible Rewards® will not be earned on business purchases made in store, through the Edible Corporate Gifts (ECG) portal or through Edible For Business concierge.

Edible Rewards® How it works
  • Earning Rewards
    • Members earn Rewards by completing the required number of Qualifying Purchase(s) within the calendar year. Rewards are based on the number of Qualifying Purchases, not the dollars spent in any one purchase or number of items in a single purchase.
    • A “Qualifying Purchase” is determined by the dollars spent at checkout, excluding sales tax, delivery charges, coupons applied at the time of purchase, discounts, value of a redeemed Reward, or other excluded charges. A Qualifying Purchase must be at least $29.00 for U.S. Members and $30.00CAD for Canadian Members.
    • For example, a Qualifying Purchase can include multiple items with a retail value of under $29.00 US (or $30.00 CAD) provided collectively the total purchase paid at the time of check-out on a single order has a total retail value of over $29.00 U.S/$30.00CAD excluding sales tax, delivery charges, coupons applied at the time of purchase, discounts, value of a redeemed Reward, or other excluded charges. Likewise, a Qualifying Purchase may include three items each in the amount of $50.00 for a collective total purchase amount of $150.00 at check-out.
    • You must be logged into your Rewards Account for an on-line Qualifying Purchase to be credited to your Rewards Account.
    • You must provide your email address at check-out for an in-store or call center Qualifying Purchase to be credited to your Rewards Account.
    • Qualifying Purchases are based on a calendar year.
    • Only the number of Qualifying Purchases made between January 1 and December 31st of a single calendar year can be used for that calendar year’s Reward Program(s). This means that if on December 31 you have Qualifying Purchases in your Rewards Account but not enough for a Reward you cannot carry over the remaining Qualifying Purchases to earn a Reward in the following calendar year.
    • Qualifying Purchases are entered into your Rewards Account within five (5) business days of a confirmed pick up or delivery.
    • Edible reserves the right to make additional Edible Rewards® promotional offers available to select Members based on purchase activity, geographic location, Program participation or information supplied by the Member.
    • Business orders and orders placed through the ECG Portal are not Qualifying Purchases.
  • Redeeming Edible Rewards
    • A Member can view his or her Rewards Account activity online at edible.com/rewards for US Members and edible.ca/rewards for Canadian Members. For information about an individual Rewards Account or any other Program-related questions or information contact Edible Rewards® by mail at: 95 Barnes Road, Wallingford, CT 06492 or by email at Rewards@edible.com.
    • Members will be advised of earned Rewards via email or by logging into their Edible Rewards® account.
    • Members will be notified of Rewards earned within five (5) business days of satisfying the requirements for the Reward.
    • All Rewards must be redeemed within the time specified on the Rewards notification.
    • Rewards may be eligible to be combined with other offers and promotions, unless otherwise stated in the promotion.
    • Rewards redemption limitation: Each Account holder can only redeem one free chocolate dipped fruit box Reward per store location, per day.
  • Deactivating Edible Rewards® Membership
    • A Member may deactivate his or her Membership at any time by notifying Edible Rewards by mail at: Edible International, Attn: Edible Rewards, 95 Barnes Road, Wallingford, CT 06492, or by email at Rewards@edible.com.
    • Edible, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to deactivate an individual Membership.
    • If there is no Rewards Account activity or points from any source posted to a Member's Rewards Account for two consecutive calendar years, the Rewards Account is subject to closure and termination, including forfeiture of all accrued Rewards.
    • Abuse of the Edible Rewards® Program, including failure to follow Program policies and procedures, the sale or barter of reward certificates, products, or promotional offers, using multiple Rewards Accounts or a business account in an effort to abuse the Edible Rewards® Program and any misrepresentation of fact relating thereto or other improper conduct as determined by Edible in its sole judgment, may result in cancellation of the Member's Rewards Account and future disqualification from Program participation, forfeiture of all Qualifying Purchases accrued, cancellation of previously issued but unused Rewards and/or termination of the business relationship with Edible.
    • Once a Rewards Membership is deactivated, the Rewards Account will no longer be accessible to the Member or anyone else. Immediately upon deactivation of a Rewards Account, the Member will no longer have access to order history and any accrued and unused awards will be forfeited. Further, refunds cannot be processed for orders made from a deactivated Edible Rewards Membership Account. Once a Rewards Account is deactivated it cannot be reopened or reactivated.
    • Edible will retain cancelled Rewards Account information and order history for a period of 90 days upon deactivation of the Rewards Account; provided however, Edible may retain the deactivated Rewards Account information for a longer period of time, in its sole discretion.
    • A former Edible Rewards member can always become a Rewards Member by opening a new Rewards Account at www.edible.com/rewards.
  • Eligibility Limitations
    • Orders submitted through the Edible® for Business team or the ECG portal do not qualify for the Edible Rewards® program. Purchases made through corporate gifting accounts, house charge accounts, volume discount programs, and guests participating in a specific Edible® for Business” program, ( for example, the Edible® for Business Auto Dealership program) are not counted towards earning a Reward.
    • Large multi-item purchases made by an Edible Rewards® Member, may have limited Rewards eligibility. Large multi-item orders (other than ETG products) made by a Member for personal purposes will only qualify as one purchase towards a Reward. For example, multi-item purchases for a wedding may only count as one purchase towards earning a Reward.

    Programs
    Edible reserves the right to change, add, or discontinue any Edible Rewards® Program, or type of rewards offered, rules, benefits, regulations, conditions of participation, in whole or in part, at any time without notice. All subsequent rewards must be earned and used according to the terms and conditions of the then current Edible Rewards® Program.
    • $5 off coupon upon signing up for Edible Rewards®
      • Receive a $5 off coupon upon creating a valid Edible Rewards® Account.
      • This $5 off coupon can be used immediately if you sign up on-line through the “account section” of our website prior to making your purchase.
      • If you sign up for Edible Rewards® on-line at checkout, you will notbe able to redeem your $5 off coupon for that purchase; however, your $5 off coupon will be available to use at your next purchase.
      • If you open your Edible Rewards® Account in-store, you can use your $5 off coupon at checkout.
    • Surprise & Delight Offers
      • Edible To Go® stores will be offering periodic Edible To Go® product offers and specials.
      • As an Edible Rewards® Members with an Edible To Go® product purchase history, you may receive emails from your local Edible To Go® store notifying you of Edible To Go® product offers and specials.
      • Surprise & Delight Offers can only be redeemed in-store by showing the email offer at check out.
      • Surprise & Delight Offers must be redeemed within the time specified on the email notification.
      • Surprise & Delight Offers are subject to change at any time.
    • Free Dipped Fruit
       
      Box Offer (after your third Qualifying Purchase)
      • Earn a free Dipped Fruit box when you make three (3) Qualifying Purchases in a calendar year. See, Earning Rewards section above for definition of a Qualifying Purchase.
      • Free Dipped Fruit box can be included with another order OR can be ordered separately.
      • The contents of the free Dipped Fruit  box will be determined by local Edible Arrangements® store at time of order and is subject to change at any point.
      • The Dipped Fruit box reward is valid for pickup or delivery; however, delivery orders will be charged the applicable delivery or shipping fee.
      • This reward is non-transferable.
        • If using online you will need to sign into your Rewards Account to redeem.
        • If using in store or through the call center you will need to provide your email address to redeem.
      • Rewards must be redeemed within the time specified on the Rewards notification.
    • Birthday Club
      • The Birthday Club is open to all Edible Rewards® Members who have provided their birthday information in their Edible Rewards® Account profile at least twenty-four hours (24) hours prior to the 1st day of the month of your birthday (“Birthday Club Member”).
      • If you sign up either within twenty-four (24) hours of the 1st day of your birthday month or during your birthday month, you will not be eligible to receive a Birthday Club Reward in that calendar year; however, you will be eligible to receive a Birthday Club Reward in the following calendar year.
      • The Birthday Club Reward is a free Dipped Fruit box (“Birthday Club Reward”).
      • The contents of the free Dipped Fruit box will be determined by local Edible Arrangements® store at time of order and is subject to change at any point.
      • To receive your Birthday Club Reward, you have to be a Birthday Club Member and have made a purchase of at least $29.00 for U.S. Members and $30.00 CAD for Canadian Members, excluding sales tax, delivery charges, coupons applied at the time of purchase, discounts, value of a redeemed Reward, or other excluded charges within the calendar year prior your birthday month.
      • Birthday Club Rewards notification will be emailed to Birthday Club Members on or about the first day of their birthday month.
      • Your Birthday Club Reward must be redeemed during the month of your birthday and is valid for pickup or delivery; however, delivery orders will be charged the then applicable delivery or shipping fee.
      • Your Birthday Club Reward can be included with another order OR can be ordered separately.
      • If you redeem your Birthday Club Reward separately, it can ONLY be redeemed in-store and cannot be redeemed on-line.
      • If you redeem your Birthday Club Reward with another purchase, it can be redeemed in-store or on-line.
      • Only one Birthday Club Reward will be issued in a calendar year, and all requirements must be met each year to qualify for a Birthday Club Reward.
      • The Birthday Club Reward is non-transferable.
        • If using online you will need to sign into your Rewards Account to redeem.
        • If using in store or through the call center you will need to provide your email address to redeem.
Edible reserves the right to interpret and apply the policies and procedures communicated in the Program Terms and Conditions in its sole discretion. All determinations by Edible shall be final and conclusive in each case.
