Mike Rotondo serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Edible Arrangements®. Prior to joining Edible®, Mike spent the last decade at Tropical Smoothie Café®, the last five years as CEO where he was responsible for the brand’s strategic vision and overall franchise performance. His career spans more than 30 years in the quick-service industry and also includes key leadership roles at Wendy’s International, HoneyBaked Ham and Arby’s Restaurant Group.
Rotondo’s passion and commitment to the franchising industry is apparent in his strong operational and leadership performance. In 2016, Franchise Times included Mike on its “20 to Watch” list highlighting the people, brands and ideas trending. He was an Operating Partner at BIP Franchise Accelerator and BIP Capital, which helps emerging franchise concepts accelerate their growth to become thriving, mature brands. He served as an Operating Partner at 10 Point Capital until June 2018.
He is an IFA Board Member and serves on the Board of Directors of Camp Sunshine in Casco, Maine. Additionally, Mike serves on the board of Tin Drum Asian Kitchen and is leveraging his experience to rebrand Tin Drum.
