NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN, NOR WILL MAKING A PURCHASE INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. YOU HAVE NOT YET WON.

How to Play: The “Sandals Luxury-Included Vacation Getaway for 2” Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”, or the “Sweepstakes”) is offered by Edible Arrangements International, Inc. (the “Sponsor”), which begins at 12:01 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on 2/15/11 and ends at 11:59 ET on 4/27/11 (the “Promotion Period”).

Eligibility: You must be at least 21 years of age and a legal U.S. or Canadian resident (except for the Province of Quebec, where the Promotion is void) in order to participate. Employees and directors of the Sponsor, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retail dealers, advertising and promotional agencies, as well as Unique Vacations Inc./Sandals Resorts and Delta airlines (collectively the “Sweepstakes Entities”), and the immediate family members or those living in the same household with such individuals, are not eligible to participate. All federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations apply.

To Enter: There are four (4) ways to enter any time during the Promotion Period:

1. Visit www.ediblearrangements.com, place an order for any of our products, and at that time, customers will be given the option of entering the sweepstakes, or not, and those who do opt-in will be automatically-entered.
2. Visit any participating Edible Arrangements retail store, place an order, and at that time, customers will be given the option of entering the sweepstakes, or not, and those who do opt-in will be automatically-entered.
3. Enter online at www.ediblearrangements.com/giveaway. (Limit; one online entry per person).
4. You may also enter by mail, without making a purchase, by sending a hand-printed 3 x 5 piece of paper, in an envelope (no larger than a #10 business-size), or mailing a standard size post card, including your name, complete address and zip code, day or evening phone number and email address (if you have one) to: The Edible Arrangements “Sandals Luxury-Included Vacation Getaway for 2”, C/o US Sweepstakes & Fulfillment Co., 625 Panorama Trail (Bldg. 2, Suite #150), Rochester, NY 14625 USA. You may enter as often as you like by mail, but only one entry per envelope is allowed. Canadian residents; be sure to affix adequate postage. All entries have an equal chance of winning. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, damaged, illegible, late, misdirected, or postage-due mail, nor for Internet submissions not received due to technical/transmission problems beyond its reasonable control.

Prize/Odds: There is one (1) Grand Prize being awarded; an expense-paid vacation package for two (2) at a Sandals resort of winner's choice. Trip package includes round trip coach air fare, via Delta Airlines, from a major airport nearest the winner’s home, 5 nights accommodations for two (2) (single room, double occupancy) and “Luxury Included” amenities offered at the respective resort, including airport transfers, food and beverage during vacation, and land and water sport activities at the resort. In addition, the winner will receive $1,000 in cash, to cover any fees, miscellaneous expenses, and to help offset any taxes there may be on the prize. Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of this prize is $5,000 USD. Odds of winning will be determined by the total number of eligible entries received.

Winner Announcement: The winner will be selected on or about 5/10/11, in a random drawing, from among all eligible entries received, under the supervision of the US Sweepstakes & Fulfillment Company, an Independent Sweepstakes Administrator (the “ISA”), acting as agent, on behalf of the Sponsor.

Prize Conditions: The potential Grand Prize winner (pending confirmation of eligibility) will be notified by email or USPS mail. The potential winner must sign and return to the ISA, within ten (10) days of the date of notice or attempted notice is sent, an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release (the “Releases”, if U.S. resident), or a Declaration of Compliance (the “Declaration”, if Canadian resident), in order to claim his/her prize. Note; The Affidavit sent to a US potential winner will require that the winner provide their Social Security Number to the ISA, which will be used solely for tax reporting purposes. If the potential Grand Prize winner cannot be contacted, the prize documents returned as undeliverable, or he/she fails to sign and return the Releases or Declaration within the required time period, the potential winner will forfeit the prize. In the event that the potential winner is disqualified for any reason, the ISA will award said prize to an alternate winner. A potential winner from Canada, per Canadian law, will be required to correctly answer a time-limited, skill testing question without any personal or mechanical device assistance, in order to be eligible to receive the Grand Prize, or said will be forfeited.

Sandals “Luxury Included” amenities are subject to change. Prize will be fulfilled as certificate redeemable by filling in requested information and mailing back to the address indicated. Winner will be contacted to arrange trip details. Winner has one (1) year from date prize is awarded within which to redeem prize. If winner is unable to redeem package within the time period required, the prize will be forfeited. Prize is not transferable to another individual, nor is there a cash alternative offered, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Package is subject to availability and blackout dates. Request must be placed no less than sixty (60) days prior to requested departure date. Winner must obey local laws in regard to lodging restrictions. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, additional ground transportation, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses or incidentals are the responsibility solely of winner. Unless a child of winner, winner's companion must be twenty-one (21) years of age, as of the date of departure and must travel on the same itinerary as the winner. Winner's travel companion must execute liability/publicity releases prior to travel. Winner and companion are solely responsible for obtaining documents necessary for international travel, (i.e. passports, if applicable). Travel restrictions, and other conditions and limitations may apply.

General Conditions and Limitations: All entries become the property of the Sponsor. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than one free online entry by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and/or login’s, or any other, similar methods will void that Participant’s entries altogether, and that Participant may be disqualified. Use of any automated/robotic method of entry is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same email account, the “authorized subscriber” of the email account used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized subscriber” is the natural person who is assigned an email address by an ISP or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses. All federal, state, local, and provincial taxes on prize offered, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the winner. There are no substitutions of prize allowed, and no transfer of prize is permitted, except to a surviving spouse, or at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission from the winner to the Sponsor and its agencies to use such winner’s name and/or likeness for advertising and publicity purposes, without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. Winner will be required to send a photo of him/herself from the Sandals destination, to be used for publicity purposes. By entering, each Sweepstakes entrant and the winner agree to hold harmless and indemnify the Sweepstakes Entities and each of their affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents against any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), with respect to or arising out of entrant’s participation in this Sweepstakes, and/or the receipt, use, or misuse of the travel prize awarded herein. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants/winner agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the ISA. Entrants further agree that by participating, they may from time to time receive promotional offerings from the Sponsor or their marketing partners/affiliates. All disputes concerning this promotion will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws, rule and regulations of the State of New York. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, suspend or modify the Sweepstakes if, at its sole discretion, it determines that for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as originally planned, or fraud, technical failures, printing, mailing or distribution errors, or any other unanticipated causes or occurrences have compromised the fairness or integrity of the Sweepstakes. In the event the Sweepstakes is terminated prior to the stated end date, Sponsor reserves the right to award the Grand Prize in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received as of the date of termination. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS REGARDING THE PRIZE, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR OR GENERAL USE OR PURPOSE.

Winner’s List: Winner will be announced on the Sponsor’s website. Independent Sweepstakes Administrator: This Sweepstakes is being administered by the US Sweepstakes & Fulfillment Co, 625 Panorama Trail (Suite 2100), Rochester, NY 14625, who is responsible for overseeing the awarding of the prize offered, and whose decisions will be considered final in all matters related to this promotion.
