Position: Store Support Coordinator-Business Coach
The Store Support Coordinator will be responsible for supporting new and existing franchise stores with ongoing operations. At least 1 year of office/business experience is required. We are looking for a self starter with an energetic personality who thrives in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills and be a team player. Must have strong documentation, organization and planning skills. Position: General Manager - Corporate Stores
This opportunity is for a General Manager for multiple Edible Arrangements and Frutation Corporate Stores in CT and across the United States.
This role will lead all stores to success by developing teams in each store that consistently exceed expectations and meet aggressive goals in all areas of business operations (especially sales and profit goals), customer satisfaction, merchandise presentation and loss prevention. Understands and brings life to the Mission and Values of Edible Arrangements.
The ideal candidate will manage the specified locations as model stores for the entire franchise system. It is imperative that these stores are managed according to Edible Arrangements pre-set standards and that they exceed goals, customer service expectations and cleanliness standards. These stores will represent ideal operations while meeting every customer's needs with exceptional customer service.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Direct and monitor all sales and operational activities of the stores to ensure objectives are met. Process may involve travel to individual stores throughout the United States.
  • Recruit, hire, provide intensive training to, and develop high quality store staff that will follow all system standards and provide gold star customer service.
  • Communicate, implement and ensure compliance of all company policies, programs, standards, and visual presentations.
  • Continuously drive the business by analyzing key financial data, monitoring operating efficiencies and identifying business trends and opportunities. Generates reports, sets aggressive action plans.
  • Full management of aggressive budget goals - from setting sales goals to managing operations in such a way that budget goals are met or exceeded at all times. Budgeting and operating the stores within the budget are essential.
  • Collaborate with corporate and store staff to implement policies and achieve goals and quotas
  • Implement best practices within the model stores that can be tested and replicated system-wide.
  • Test new procedures, systems and product launches before release to the entire system.
  • Oversee construction and opening process of all new corporate stores nation-wide
  • Develop local store marketing plans and oversee implementation
  • Train franchise owners and managers on best practices and enterprise ownership

Job Requirements
  • 3-5 Years of multi-unit store management
  • Food experience preferred
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in budgeting, P&L responsibility, supply chain management
  • Proven track record of managing profitable business
  • Experience in increasing sales and operational efficiencies.

Position: Operations Manager
This is an office based role working out of our corporate headquarters in Wallingford, CT.

Responsibilities include day to day management of the internal operations department (Store Support Team) which is the primary point of contact for all stores throughout the pre-opening/construction phases, as well as on-going operating store support in a franchised environment.

  • Develop and maintain efficient reporting and tracking mechanisms to be able to provide metrics in all areas of store openings and on-going operations
  • Manage the team as well as the process for all coming soon and operating stores
  • High level of direct franchisee contact
  • Mange the work of a multiple teams including store operations, real estate, construction, international, and training
  • Ability to have high level business discussions with owners, determine best next steps for underperforming stores, and take ownership of the follow-up with these stores
  • Make tough decisions and push franchisees to tackle their business challenges

Position: Project Manager for DippedFruit.com
Full Project Management to include Web Merchandising and Operations for the newly launched Dippedfruit.com site by Edible Arrangements.

We are seeking a well motivated, self starting, ambitious and results oriented individual to manage daily operations of the newly launched Dippedfruit.com website with focus on maximizing efficiency and productivity to achieve increases in profitability.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the development and ongoing improvement of website including online merchandising, product placement, promotions, shopping experience, packaging evolution and ease of use
  • Maximize profit and revenue return on website real estate
  • Work on a cross functional team with operations, marketing and product development
  • Create, manage and execute awareness plan to draw proper traffic to the site including online advertising, web optimization, social networking, blogging, etc.
  • Responsible for proofing all brand and product images, copy and pricing on the website, testing functionality.
  • Manage product launches and updates
  • Plan and execute direct marketing campaigns
  • Manage external vendors who provide packaging, creative and technology solutions for the site
  • Research key competitors and design programs to increase market share
  • Conduct seasonal trend research. Stay current on product and category trends and incorporate into site
  • Analyze a variety of key metrics and make recommendations/modifications based on learnings
  • Manage logistics of back end of delivery system with Procurement and Product Development teams
  • Manage distribution vendors and selection of distribution network
  • Recruitment/high level servicing of Licensees/Franchisees in distribution network
  • Budget management for site


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing or other relevant field
  • Experience in the Food/Gift industry is strongly preferred
  • Catalog based food brand experience a plus
  • A minimum of 5 years experience with a national branded retailer
  • On-line merchandising experience is required
  • Experience working on cross functional teams and applying operational requirements to your role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to present analysis to all levels of management
  • Strong quantitative skills required. Ability to develop plans, capture data, analyze data, summarize findings and implement initiatives
  • Proven track record in maximizing revenue, gross margin and EBITDA

Position: Regional Franchise Trainer
We are searching for Franchise Trainers across the US to join our growing organization.

Job Duties & Requirements:
  • Timely and effectively communicate company policy with store operators through written and oral communication, and assist operators in implementing Edible Arrangements policy, procedures and programs in their store.
  • Excellent written communication, verbal communication and interpersonal skills required.
  • Work independently while communicating effectively with supervisor on all activities within the areas of responsibility.

  • Must be able to travel away from home for several days per month. (approximately 98% travel)
  • Ability to work in a food service environment, including standing for extended periods, lifting/moving objects, some mechanical work with equipment.

Position: Customer Care Representatives - Call Center
We are seeking candidates to join our call center for the upcoming National TV advertising Campaign. We have all shifts available during the hours of 8am-11pm Monday-Sunday.

If you have good customer service skills, impeccable communication skills, both oral and written, than we would like to meet you.

The job:
  • Call Center Representative – includes answering incoming phone calls to answer questions about our products, take orders, take compliments or resolve complaints.
  • Part time, temporary Depending upon your availability and the call volume, you may be required to work 20-35 hrs per week
  • Impressive performers during the 2-week introductory period will be considered for long term employment.
  • Pay is $10/hr.

Job Requirements
