- 1. Write your business plan.
- 2. Secure financing for your business.
- 3. Attend a Discovery Day event at our corporate office in Wallingford, CT to meet senior executives and learn more about our brand.

| STEP 3: FINAL APPROVAL AND LAUNCH |
- 1. Execute a franchise agreement with Edible Arrangements® International Inc.

| STEP 4: FIND THE RIGHT REAL ESTATE |
- 1. Work with our real estate team to find the right real estate in your market area.
- 2. Negotiate and finalize your lease for the space.

| STEP 5: BUILD, TRAIN AND OPEN |
- 1. Build your store.
- 2. Create your grand opening plan.
- 3. Attend training for you and your staff.
- 4. Open and conduct your grand opening event.
