Easter Basket Delight
Makes 1 basket

When preparing a fruit basket, it is most important to start by buying the freshest fruit!

1 pineapple
1 cantaloupe
1 honeydew
1 pint strawberries
1/2 bag red seedless grapes
Chocolate optional
A basket

  1. Thoroughly wash and dry all fruit. Core the pineapple and cut it into bite size chunks. Cut melons, remove skin & seeds and cut each into bite size chunks. Cut the stem off the strawberries then cut each strawberry in half. Cut grapes in half.
  2. Layer fruit in bowl. Start with pineapple, then honeydew, cantaloupe, strawberries, grapes. Then repeat until all fruit is in bowl.
  3. Garnish with whole grapes, strawberries—for a variation, try dipping strawberries in chocolate before garnishing.
